Beer Garden

Austrians and Germans have very natural way to build community. They gather around on benches with strangers and eat schnitzel and bratwurst and pretzels and drink cold beer.  They listen to music and talk with friends and families and dance and kids are smiling and running around.  The whole ordeal feels like a heaven on earth.

What is the equivalent to this in the USA? I would love to bring it to Midway Utah, a German Swiss town next to where I live.

I have a few friends doing great work in Midway with some of the best eateries to be found like Provisions, Pizza Yard ,The Mercantile, and The Lakehouse.  But we lack a proper beer garden.
