Instagram Trade

Natalie offered me a daily spa if I deleted the Instagram app.

Easy, 4 days no Instagram and I have had my neck massaged and even feet scrubbed. I do share my Substack posts on Facebook and they push to Instagram, so you may see stories still.

What trade off is worth deleting Instagram for you? I am not sure how long this trade will last but I’m not gonna break soon.

This song is just fun listening and I don’t know anything about it other than my daughter played it in the car as we drive to St George for one last family get away before school starting.
