Venmo Influencer

I only have 591 connections.  I need 10k to be an influencer is my guess.  How can I make more friends on Venmo?

My only idea at the moment to achieve this goal is that I learn how to code and make an app that generates a fortune like the Zoltar machine in the movie Big.

If you send me .25 cents and add me as a friend on Venmo and I will comment with a unique fortune for you. 

I will have to generate thousands of fortunes or possibly make a webhook to ai that generates them in realtime. This could be a great small project for me to learn how to make simple apps. If anyone likes to hack around on projects and knows the way to do this, let me know.

In the meantime, I will mechanical turk this project, creating a unique fortune for anyone who dares send the .25 cents to @scottpaul on Venmo. You will get your future as a comment to your transaction. Please, only one fortune per person, this is going to be tedious and not worth my time until I make it automated.
